BELARUS, EU. Special callsign EV81OB will be QRV to commemorate Operation Bagration, a major World War II offensive by the Red Army to liberate Belarus from fascist occupation. This includes being active in the CQ Worldwide WPX RTTY contest. QSL via operators’ instructions.
